I am currently working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master’s Degree in Fluid and Thermal Sciences along with a minor in Mathematics in Purdue School of Engineering and Technology at IUPUI.

Prior to college I spent four of the best years of my life in the Marine Corps as a Ground Systems Repairer. Prior to attending IUPUI, I majored in Music Performance (Violin) and Mechanical Engineering at Valparaiso University. I strongly believe education is ongoing, so my life goal is to continue growing as an individual and a scholar. In order to continue this education, I have taken on roles at IUPUI in Peer-Led-Team-Learning, admittance into the Navy Engineering Innovation and Leadership program, Co-found IUPUI’s AIAA student chapter, as well as organize ASME student chapter events on campus to provide learning opportunities to younger engineering students.

Some of the areas that interest me in academia are mass spectrometry, propulsion systems, aircraft defense systems, aerodynamics, stress analysis, and anything that will increase the efficiency of the products we use on a daily basis.

In my free time, I love spending my time playing and watching sports as well as continuing my education as a violinist and performer.

I lost 10 points in an exam because Spain lost against Japan.
