Hello, I’m Yanxiang Ding, currently majoring in mechanical engineering, which is an area I’m passionate about, at IUPUI. I transferred from Sun Yat-sen University in China about a year ago and I just finished my junior year. Now I’m a member participating in an IUPUI summer MURI project, Interstellar Electrical Propulsion Study by means of Pure Ionic Emission.

Moreover, I enjoy learning and experiencing fresh things in different areas. And so I’ve been volunteer in different countries like Northern Cyprus and I worked for one of the world’s largest youth organization, AIESEC, for two years. About my hobbies, I love playing basketball and travelling in my spare time.
